Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

If your order is incorrect or arrives with damage, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery at hello@hivemindgames.co. Include your name, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and a photo clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item.

Return eligibility requirements:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Remain unused and show no signs of wear
  • Include original tags (if applicable)
  • Be returned in the original packaging

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email hello@hivemindgames.co to notify our team that you would like to start an exchange.
  2. Provide details of your original purchase and the item you wish to receive in exchange.
  3. Ship the original item back and share your return tracking information with us. Replacement items will not be sent until tracking is received.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. Once your return is received and inspected, exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days. If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may select another item of equal value.
